To support our journey towards CSRD compliance, we’re looking for a proactive Corporate Sustainability Reporting Coordinator, for non-financial and ESG reporting. In this key role, you’ll take the lead in designing and managing our non-financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with evolving EU regulations. You'll work across departments and with external auditors to guarantee that our ESG data is not only audit-ready but also future-proof.
Responsibilities:
Set up, coordinate and maintain the (end-to-end) non-financial reporting process, in line with CSRD/ESRS and other relevant existing and emerging frameworks
Ensuring successful yearly non-financial data collection, validation, review and assurance including drafting the corresponding procedures, guidelines, and process descriptions
Identify and fill any data gaps, with responsible departments to ensure comprehensive & accurate reporting.
Maintain non-financial reporting communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. ESG / non-financial questionnaires from clients and suppliers).
Coordinate and align various corporate non-financial reporting processes (e.g., Covenant, HR Excellence, ISO) to streamline efforts, eliminate redundancies, and reduce the reporting burden across the organization.
Coordinate the execution of the annual non-financial (CSRD) audit, act as the liaison between audit and legal requirements and internal stakeholders. Engage with our external auditor for CSRD limited assurance and explain our interpretation and implementation of relevant legislation when and where necessary.
Periodically provide input for the update of the double materiality assessment in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
You have an analytical and critical mindset, with the ability to accurately manage both the bigger picture and the details. To ensure timely and accurate reporting, you show excellent organizational and project management skills. You enjoy liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Compliance or related field
Experience in setting up and coordinating reporting and compliance processes or similar, preferably within the ESG or sustainability sector.
Affinity to and familiarity with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU taxonomy, and XBRL tagging.
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
Knowledge of financial reporting (IFRS, consolidation…) and a strong interest in ESG and sustainability.
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
